Roddy is a German native that built his career in the professional restaurant industry.
Starting with running his first Café in high school, he continued to build restaurant management skills in the then newly created IHK (Chamber of Commerce) - Certified Restaurant Management Training program. Working for different companies, including Steakhouses, fine dining restaurants, a restaurant startup and global QSR companies, he completed both undergrad and post graduate studies at the FOM University of Applied Science.
